Great CPO purchase/experience I recently purchased my 3rd Mercedes from Bob Bertini just recently and he did a great job through the whole process! As a person who works in the I recently purchased my 3rd Mercedes from Bob Bertini just recently and he did a great job through the whole process! As a person who works in the Human Resources environment, I understand and appreciate great customer service...just what Bob provided to me. He was patient with me as I probably took 4 - 5 different vehicles for a test drive over the past 12 - 15 months before deciding on the 2014 CPO C300. This was a beautiful car with only 11,000 miles and it looked brand new! Bob answered all of my questions and even provided more detail about the car without me asking him. When I told him I was ready to make the purchase, we quickly agreed upon a fair price and I was ready to finance the purchase using my bank. I told him I had the financing approved and he provided information on Mercedes Benz (MB) financing for CPO vehicles. After reviewing everything that came with MB financing, I applied and was approved. I received a better interest rate along with the extras that come with MB financing. We agreed on a delivery date and time. He had everything ready and car looked great. Here's the most surprising part...he brought the car into the showroom and placed the velvet red rope around it -- what a nice touch!
