Great CPO purchase/experience I recently purchased my 3rd Mercedes from Bob Bertini just recently and he did a great job through the whole process! As a person who works in the I recently purchased my 3rd Mercedes from Bob Bertini just recently and he did a great job through the whole process! As a person who works in the Human Resources environment, I understand and appreciate great customer service...just what Bob provided to me. He was patient with me as I probably took 4 - 5 different vehicles for a test drive over the past 12 - 15 months before deciding on the 2014 CPO C300. This was a beautiful car with only 11,000 miles and it looked brand new! Bob answered all of my questions and even provided more detail about the car without me asking him. When I told him I was ready to make the purchase, we quickly agreed upon a fair price and I was ready to finance the purchase using my bank. I told him I had the financing approved and he provided information on Mercedes Benz (MB) financing for CPO vehicles. After reviewing everything that came with MB financing, I applied and was approved. I received a better interest rate along with the extras that come with MB financing. We agreed on a delivery date and time. He had everything ready and car looked great. Here's the most surprising part...he brought the car into the showroom and placed the velvet red rope around it -- what a nice touch! Desperatley Needed a Used Vehicle! I have been a customer of Mercedes-Benz of Maplewood since 2003. We have always purchased used CPO vehicles. The service as always has been exceptional from the sales floor to the service bay. This time, we were forced into the car buying situation by a wayward deer on the highway that totaled our 2008 ML350. Trying to find a used vehicle that met our needs in a very short time frame proved to be a challenge. Dave Pfuhl did a great job of coming up with alternatives for us to choose from. In the end, we replaced our ML with a slightly used 2017 GLE. Nearly a month has gone by... As usual, after the sale, an occasional question or minor follow up was promptly taken care of to our complete satisfaction. Used car buyers are treated just like they were buying a brand new S sedan! More
