So we moved down the road to Mercedes of Maplewood, first person we met was Jack, very personable and welcoming despite my gym clothes. I found exactly what I was looking for 2017 c-class with the sport package. So I drove out to look at it and was approached by Matt Bastien. He was nice, informative, and let me test drive the car but most importantly he didn't judge my appearance. I've 'browse' for Mercedes before at other dealerships and have never been approached or let alone inspect the car because I'm younger and dressed super casual. Anyways Matt and the finance guy made the process so smooth and easy that I ended up purchasing my first benz! Amazing service from Matt and the finance guy (sorry forgot his name, young and sandy blond). Throughout the entire process Bob was able to work with me and get me everything I desired plus more! The dealership is also top notch. We noticed something very minor on the vehicle we purchased and I brought it up to Bob's attention, without hesitation he assured me that he would get the process started to get it fixed, the dealership was flexible with me and everything went as smooth as I could imagine. I would highly recommend this dealership for everyone I meet.
