We just recently purchased a used vehicle and added their inexpensive "buy happy" program, which I would highly recommend. We picked it up at night and things looked to our liking initially. However, after we got it home and drove it for a few days, we noticed a few things that we didn't like. With the "buy happy" program, we simply called them up and were able to exchange it for a different one on the lot. Of course, we paid the difference in price, which is to be expected, but there was no hassle, resistance, or persistent questions as to why we wanted to change. After we notified them of our desire to change cars, they worked with us and did everything to find a car that worked for us. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. Our salesman, Noel, was outstanding and I would highly recommend him. The entire experience makes me more open to using their dealership again in the future, and we love our new (used) car! More
