Fix your recall for $159/hr About a year ago I was shopping around for a Mercedes and had what I'd call a 3/5 experience with the sales rep, who was being pushy on a vehicle with About a year ago I was shopping around for a Mercedes and had what I'd call a 3/5 experience with the sales rep, who was being pushy on a vehicle with some easily identified issues... needless to say, I went elsewhere. Now with just over a year on a Mercedes I bought elsewhere, I brought the car in for an "Urgent and Life-Saving Recall" to the airbag system, which is widely known to behave like an exploding grenade during accidents. Shortly after bringing in the car, I was told they'd need to work on the vehicle and I'd be paying $159/hr until they could "diagnose" the issue alongside a $10,000 bill for pending service charges. I think it's complete garbage that a recall, especially one so important, would be secondary to my ability to pay $10,000+ for service to my car. $159/hr just to figure out whether or not they could execute the recall? And no mention whether I'd be paying extra for the "fix" to whatever the "diagnosis" found, but I would expect as much. After trying to get an appointment for 6 weeks at this dealership, it seems I'll be risking my life until I can find a place to get this recall serviced without taking an arm and leg. More

The worst service department ever. Even when my brakes were in great shape I was given wrong readings and after I got on a call with Mercedes Benz North America and explained them the service department s were in great shape I was given wrong readings and after I got on a call with Mercedes Benz North America and explained them the service department said the brakes are okay it was all a misunderstanding. Their service manager Shawn is rude and horrible as a service manager he does not want to listen when the customer explains the problem. Even after the evidence of the problem was provided he refused it and my car wasn’t fixed. I always felt uncomfortable as a customer there. Please avoid going there for your vehicle. Rather go to Mercedes Benz of Rochester MN. They treat their customers well. More
I went to get my brakes changed. I requested a wash and wiper fluid and the girl said she will do it but when I got my car they didn’t wash it or fill the wiper fluid. Brakes were changed. Bad service I was told my car will take 1 1/2 hrs I went the waiting area then looked and saw my car still sitting an hour later no one came to tell me there are I was told my car will take 1 1/2 hrs I went the waiting area then looked and saw my car still sitting an hour later no one came to tell me there are delays I asked and then I was told it will not be in time they gave me a loaner when I picked my car up the car was not vacuumed it washed. I asked why then they told me the car wash is not working due to construction they should have told me that upfront. Thus is the third time I encountered delays. The reps do not communicate unless I ask. I will not come back fir service and will look fir another option More

Very polite, knowledgeable with the vehicles and features, he was funny, and very accommodating. He did not pressure us to make the sale. When the time was appropriate he simply asked if we wanted to take one home. We declined, but only because we were still comparing other vehicles on the market. James did not try to push further for a sale nor did he immediately dismiss us. Both vehicles we tested were great! I absolutely recommend working with James! More
