The worst service department ever. Even when my brakes were in great shape I was given wrong readings and after I got on a call with Mercedes Benz North America and explained them the service department s were in great shape I was given wrong readings and after I got on a call with Mercedes Benz North America and explained them the service department said the brakes are okay it was all a misunderstanding. Their service manager Shawn is rude and horrible as a service manager he does not want to listen when the customer explains the problem. Even after the evidence of the problem was provided he refused it and my car wasn’t fixed. I always felt uncomfortable as a customer there. Please avoid going there for your vehicle. Rather go to Mercedes Benz of Rochester MN. They treat their customers well. More
I went to get my brakes changed. I requested a wash and wiper fluid and the girl said she will do it but when I got my car they didn’t wash it or fill the wiper fluid. Brakes were changed. Bad service I was told my car will take 1 1/2 hrs I went the waiting area then looked and saw my car still sitting an hour later no one came to tell me there are I was told my car will take 1 1/2 hrs I went the waiting area then looked and saw my car still sitting an hour later no one came to tell me there are delays I asked and then I was told it will not be in time they gave me a loaner when I picked my car up the car was not vacuumed it washed. I asked why then they told me the car wash is not working due to construction they should have told me that upfront. Thus is the third time I encountered delays. The reps do not communicate unless I ask. I will not come back fir service and will look fir another option More

Very polite, knowledgeable with the vehicles and features, he was funny, and very accommodating. He did not pressure us to make the sale. When the time was appropriate he simply asked if we wanted to take one home. We declined, but only because we were still comparing other vehicles on the market. James did not try to push further for a sale nor did he immediately dismiss us. Both vehicles we tested were great! I absolutely recommend working with James! More

they cheated! not replace engine air filter when oil change when i brought my 2008 E320 in for repair and oil change last Sept. Surprise that I found out, the same air filter I had installed myself 3 years ago, when i brought my 2008 E320 in for repair and oil change last Sept. Easy, no hassle experierence I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Maplewood. We just recently purchased a used vehicle and added their inexpensive "buy happy" program, which I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Maplewood. We just recently purchased a used vehicle and added their inexpensive "buy happy" program, which I would highly recommend. We picked it up at night and things looked to our liking initially. However, after we got it home and drove it for a few days, we noticed a few things that we didn't like. With the "buy happy" program, we simply called them up and were able to exchange it for a different one on the lot. Of course, we paid the difference in price, which is to be expected, but there was no hassle, resistance, or persistent questions as to why we wanted to change. After we notified them of our desire to change cars, they worked with us and did everything to find a car that worked for us. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. Our salesman, Noel, was outstanding and I would highly recommend him. The entire experience makes me more open to using their dealership again in the future, and we love our new (used) car! More
