This dealership is amazing! I was 1 mile down the road planning on buying another Audi when I decided to check out Mercedes St Paul and I am so glad that I did! They had a GLC 300 in my favorite color and planning on buying another Audi when I decided to check out Mercedes St Paul and I am so glad that I did! They had a GLC 300 in my favorite color and it was 10 times more comfortable than the Audi Q5 I was thinking of buying. I had the pleasure of working with Greg and Michael to look at the car as well as see all the features of the GLC. Patrick worked with me to trade in my Audi Q7 and was friendly and offered a fair trade in price. I had a problem with loud brakes and they worked on it the next week and even provided me with a great loaner car to use while they were working on it. Having the certified preowned warranty from them was wonderful as all the work was covered, Kim in service was great and answered all my questions and made for a very pleasant experience. In the end I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and their service shop! More
My client purchased two new Mercedes from Maplewood. Sadly, he was killed in a crash last fall in one of the cars. His widow needed to sell the remaining car. The car was in poor mechanical condition so it was brought to Maplewood Mercedes for service so that it could be sold. The decision to bring it to Mercedes for "Mercedes Level" service, which should exemplify the best of the best. (You'd think so, wouldn't you?) The repair estimates came in very high but we, again, opted for what we thought was "the best". We asked for a detailing to be included, which was agreed to by the service manager. With that, we proceeded. Weeks later when the work was done and the car was ready I confirmed the detailing had been done. The service manager said that due to Covid they had reduced staff but would get it washed and vacuumed. (Keep in mind Covid retrictions were in place when he agreed to the detailing in the first place!) Okay, I guess... But when we picked it up NOTHING had been done to clean it! It was filthy inside and out. Also, they charged my card but gave no receipt (I had asked it to be emailed to me). I contacted the service manager. I had to reach out multiple times. Nothing. I contacted the Dealership Manager - had to reach out multiple times until he replied. All he did was email the receipt. He did NOTHING to make good on their word as to the detailing or the simple "vacuum and wash". No apology. Nothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. When you invest in a Mercedes you are investing in the whole Mercedes experience. BUY ELSEWHERE. More
