However I just received word from my cousin AJ that someone called him and requested I take down this review. I find it odd that this dealership responds to the majority of comments (good or bad) publicly, but seems to be working behind the scenes to get this one removed without telling their side of the story. Why can't they explain their side of the story if they have anything beneficial to add to their case? I have a feeling it's because they know everything you see below in my review is true. I had a terrible experience with this dealership regarding an out-of-state trade from Colorado. A couple of weeks ago, a deal was proposed to trade in a 2022 Ford Raptor for a used 2023 Ford Raptor R. The salesman, Greg, was made aware of the damaged bumper and windshield, that both needed to be replaced on the trade-in, and a video walkaround of the trade in was sent to ensure everything was disclosed. After some time, terms were agreed upon, paperwork was signed, and funds were wired—no financing involved. Five days later, I drove 13 hours from Colorado to St. Paul, arriving at 12:30 PM. Despite knowing I was coming, the dealership took two hours to prepare the truck. While the wait was annoying, it was nothing compared to what followed. Once the purchased truck was ready, the sales manager, Joel Karnitz (Greg was off that day), wanted to inspect the trade-in. After the inspection, Joel came back visibly upset, claiming the damage wasn’t disclosed. I indicated that I was the cousin of the buyer, AJ, and that I was just doing AJ a favor by picking up the truck and suggested that he needed to speak with AJ to sort this out. After AJ and Joel spoke, AJ called me and confirmed that all the damage was disclosed beforehand and even sent me the video walkaround of the truck, which he indicated had also been sent to the dealership weeks prior. With the video in hand, I asked Joel if he was aware of it. Joel admitted the video had be sent a while back but said he was “just now seeing it.” Despite his acknowledgment, he brought in his manager, later identified as the GM, Mike Jensen. After Mike and Joel inspected the trade-in together, I assumed everything would be resolved, as the damage had been disclosed and there was proof. Instead, Mike refused to honor the deal, claiming the truck wasn’t in the expected condition. When I pointed out this was their fault since they had the video and prior disclosures, Mike refused to discuss it with me, saying I wasn’t the ACTUAL buyer and that he, personally, hadn’t made the deal. (Note: they conveniently could not get ahold of Greg to verify the verbal disclosures). Frustrated, I called Mike a "liar" (though “dishonest” would’ve been a better word). He became visibly upset and told me to leave if I spoke to him that way. Joel then tried to downplay the video, saying the full extent of the bumper damage wasn't visible (which is a lie). It was becoming abundantly clear they were trying to cover themselves over a deal they personally didn't vet, but probably should have. Ultimately, Mike Jensen decided to hold the purchased truck hostage until my cousin paid an additional sum of money, even though the paperwork was signed, and funds wired. With no other option (save some expensive legal action, and 26 hours of wasted driving), my cousin reluctantly paid. Something that should have taken no more than 20 minutes, turned into a ~4 hour ordeal. To sum up, Mike Jensen and Joel Karnitz are the epitome of dishonest, self-serving salesmen who, after failing to properly vet a deal, walked back a legally binding agreement to extract more money from their customer. I paid $400 for this dealership to replace the air filter in my car. I received the car back with dust, dirt and debris still cover the air filter and also the inside car still wreaked of mildew. Justin the in my car. I received the car back with dust, dirt and debris still cover the air filter and also the inside car still wreaked of mildew. Justin the Service Manager was provided an overwhelming amount of evidence that the filter was not replace. Justin decided to not issue a refund and not replace the filter. Someone from this dealer also posted an untruthful response to my Google review claiming that I denied any resolutions. I reached back out to Justin and left a voicemail and he has yet to respond. It was quiet and peaceful, comfortable climate, and enjoyed 2 Mocha espressos! Nice environment at this dealership. The staff was excellent too. Adam was wonderful. He let me test the car wherever I wa enjoyed 2 Mocha espressos! Nice environment at this dealership. The staff was excellent too. Adam was wonderful. He let me test the car wherever I wanted to go. And even he became a fan of my car. The price for the car I bought, was a good price, and they gave me the number I was looking to get for trade. The finance area did a nice job of explaining the options, and I hit my number for expected amount per month too! I’m thrilled with my purchase, after wanting a car like this for over 30 years, and to buy it at this dealer, made the entire experience worth the wait. More

Look at your contracts before you sign. These guys will make numbers up and mark up prices you didn’t agree upon. I’d never come here again. These guys will make numbers up and mark up prices you didn’t agree upon. I’d never come here again. More
