The most unprofessional experience in car buying. Sprinter sales people have no customer service skills and can very well be professional scammers. I want to first say that my car buying experience was great. Mr. Wallace, Mr. Ricky, and Mr. Steve were the very best in helping me get my dream vehicle. However, the experience after buying my car has b great. Mr. Wallace, Mr. Ricky, and Mr. Steve were the very best in helping me get my dream vehicle. However, the experience after buying my car has been nothing less than discourteous and prolonged. I would say specifically that Tina (title services/management) is the absolute WORST! Since speaking with her at the end of April 2022, I am just now receiving an owed payment to my account from the dealership due to overcharge in the amount of taxes that was financed. Long story short, the sales tax check I was by dealerhsip was overcalculated thus, I paid sales tax out of pocket and recieved a check from dealerhsip for what I paid and the remaining difference was to be applied to my principal. The payment was stated by Tina, as well as Steve, to be applied to my principal but upon noticing today (June 9, 2022) that all of payment applied to account on yesterday was not applied to principal, when speaking with Tina this morning she first stated "we just send them the money and they do whatever they want with it." When I responded by saying that this was not what we previoiusly discussed she then hastly stated after a brief hold that "you are the one that has to call them and tell them that the payment is to be applied to your principal." Now obviously that doesn't make sense when they are the ones sending the payment to Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, but I called anyway. In the end, it was always her responsibility like it has been for the past 6 weeks to make sure that the overcharge of taxes be applied to my principal, never was it my job or Steve's job as she had previously stated. And just for the context of this review, the overage was not a couple hundred dollars but over by more than $1,000. Instead of Tina being rude and seemingly annoyed, she should have been more respectful towards me as well as empathic in the matter which was not at all caused by me. Simply based on my experience with her, I would not recommend this dealership, because if you have any problems past purchasing your vehicle, I doubt you will receive the customer service you deserve especially as a single black woman. Outstanding Service. Francine Dugger provided expert and caring service which supported my decision to purchase another Mercedes Benz. The Service Dept is also outstanding. caring service which supported my decision to purchase another Mercedes Benz. The Service Dept is also outstanding. More
I just purchased a new GLC 300 yesterday from MB St. Louis. Our sales consultant Lesa made the entire process simple and enjoyable. I've had experiences at other dealerships where the consultant was eit Louis. Our sales consultant Lesa made the entire process simple and enjoyable. I've had experiences at other dealerships where the consultant was either pushy or seemingly disinterested and Lesa was neither of these things. She was knowledgable and so pleasant to work with. She found me the perfect model, in the color I was hoping for, and at a price I was comfortable with. Also, It is always nice when the sales person is excited for you too! This is my second car from MB St. Louis, and I would tell anyone who is interested in a new car to go and ask for Lesa! It's a wonderful dealership, fantastic staff, and their customer service both before purchasing and after is superb. More
As a whole, the dealership didn't go above and beyond in any way, but we drove a beautiful car home in the end. Dan was great to work with as a salesman. He did go above and beyond to do all in his power t any way, but we drove a beautiful car home in the end. Dan was great to work with as a salesman. He did go above and beyond to do all in his power to make us happy and was very knowledgeable about the cars. We would definitely recommend Dan McGraw to anybody looking for a Mercedes. More
Salesman Danny was very nice and helpful. That is about the only good thing I will say about this dealership. I just bought a vehicle from them that in my opinion was not even looked over. They told me the only good thing I will say about this dealership. I just bought a vehicle from them that in my opinion was not even looked over. They told me that their technicians throughly look over every vehicle before it goes on their lot (without knowing that I am a mechanic). I crawled underneath the truck and noticed there was a very large oil leak coming from the truck and told them I wanted it fixed. Wouldn’t you if you’re spending almost $40,000 with the dealership? Nope, Bryan Hughes the sales manager said they wouldn’t do anything about it because “we’re a Mercedes dealership we don’t know how to work on other vehicle makes”. Well Bryan how was the car throughly looked over if you have technicians who can’t fix the vehicle I’m buying? (No the vehicle I bought was not a Mercedes) Wouldn’t even lower the price if I agreed to take care of it myself. On another note. They sold me the vehicle with a safety and emissions inspection. After I pulled off the lot in my new truck, I turned on the windshield wipers to clear off the windshield and of course, the wiper blades are torn. Which does NOT pass a safety inspection. Legally my truck should NOT have passed a safety inspection with my wiper blades torn. There is no way this vehicle was “throughly” looked over if something that simple was missed. Safe to say I will not be going back to Mercedes of St. Louis and will not let anyone I know walk in those doors either. They did not want to help out in any certain way when it came to the issues on the truck, which is why I give them the review I did. If you do decide to purchase a car from this dealership, talk to Danny Skipper. He IS very helpful but can only do so much when he has to listen to Bryan Hughes. I hate giving reviews like this and typically never do, but this just does not sit right with me. More

As I sit here waiting for my car today, I see young guys sitting at the reception desk in the center of the dealership with sweatshirts and running pants in wadding up pieces of paper and throwing them at one another. It’s impossible to tell who is a salesperson here. They obviously have no dress code. There are no name tags. The place is totally empty at 1:00pm. It’s not hard to see why. Someone needs to educate these folks on professionalism since they are selling “luxury” cars, They look like they should work at Walmart. More

As the internet suggests, once contacted through Edmunds one should then email the salesperson with the specifics you desire in that new car. Scott G responded to my Edmunds request and I shared I was looking for a 2020 E450 sedan with my choice of colors and features. I also had replies from other dealers in St Louis and the Chicago. M-B St. Louis did not have a vehicle in inventory but Scott did a national search and found a match (there were few if any E450s available at the time). M-B St Louis executed a trade and transported the car to St. Louis. Trading emails Scott offered me a price and I accepted with a minimum deposit. A few days later the vehicle was in St. Louis. I met Scott for the first time when I came to close the deal....friendly, informative, and focused on my first experience with Mercedes. It was a quick signing of the required paperwork with Scott on our arranged deal - no surprises. My visit with the finance manager was equally straightforward - hand over my deposit and auto loan check, sign the required documents. There was no hassle with any up-selling. Scott then gave me my first lesson in the E450. When I reached my saturation point, Scott insisted that I plan on additional visits to ensure I could totally enjoy my new Mercedes. Of all my auto purchases spanning now almost fifty years, my dealings with Scott and M-B St. Louis rank at the top. More
