Absolute wonderful experience, again. The second MB I have purchased from St Charles Mercedes. As was the first one, the second was the same, "The Best or Nothing". Excellent service experience I was able to schedule a service appointment at my convenience. Service rep Corey was friendly and kept me advised while I waited. The customer waiting room was clean, modern and comfortable. My vehicle was returned washed and in excellent condition. The total price for the type "A" service was lower than other Mercedes dealers thanks to the $50 discount coupon. I live in Wheaton, and Mercedes St. Charles is closer to me than any other dealership. Keep up the good work and reasonable prices and I will continue to be your customer! More

I was alerted via a text link to the OwnerCare Vehicle Health Report that identified 2 recommended fixes to my car, which I approved in seconds with just a few clicks. Later that day I got my call that the vehicle was ready, and Dean even saved me a few bucks by applying a MB service coupon. Pick up process was equally fast! Dean and the others in the Service Dept are the main reason I will only bring my car to this dealership when service is needed. More

Run for the hill very shady dealer they will try to change price on your contract they offered me and out the door price spent 2 and half hours there doing paper work and when i was gonna sign they had change price on your contract they offered me and out the door price spent 2 and half hours there doing paper work and when i was gonna sign they had drastically changed the price thinking i wouldnt notice by keeping my attention to what my payments where going to be they added an extra 2500.00 to the price very deceitful More
