So many good things to say about this dealership! Where to start? I was out of town and my 10-yr old car broke down. Roadside assistance gave me two dealers to choose from. I randomly chose MB of Spring to start? I was out of town and my 10-yr old car broke down. Roadside assistance gave me two dealers to choose from. I randomly chose MB of Springfield because it was closer to my route home. Spencer and the service team were great, keeping me in the loop with each update. I received a video walk-around and description of the issues with my car! This was fantastic, given I live 150 miles away, and had no car! I decided it was time, and transferred to Riccardo in the sales department. Riccardo was amazing! In 48 hours, he had me all set to drive off in my new car! Why didn't I do this sooner? Riccardo, I'll be back! More

My husband and I leased a GLB 250 from Mercedes Benz of Springfield last week. We were not certain that we would be leasing and were actually dreading the interaction needed to complete this transaction. A Springfield last week. All previous car leases or purchases from different dealers had always been painful and a very unpleasant experience. We were lucky enough to meet with Jack McDevitt. He was awesome; he was so informed about the specifics of this car and was just a pleasure to deal with. My husband and I have been commenting to each other about the wonderful service we received and how seamless the whole process was.
