Great service by Robert & Sal. We were driving from Seattle and the oil filter failed. Oil light came on and we dripped oil from Ritzville to Spokane stopping every 20 miles to a We were driving from Seattle and the oil filter failed. Oil light came on and we dripped oil from Ritzville to Spokane stopping every 20 miles to add oil. This is the start of our vacation to Yellowstone so nightmare to be in Ritzville with oil issues. Called dealership they had need part in stock. When we arrived Robert grabbed Sal and the put the part in the car. Added oil and we’re on the way for great adventure. I found the car I was looking for online … I sent them an email which was immediately returned by a sales person. A brief discussion on the car and a follow up from the sales person the next day resulted in email which was immediately returned by a sales person. A brief discussion on the car and a follow up from the sales person the next day resulted in a purchase. In the 3 days between the purchase and the pick up … the team did all the work necessary including clear bra, ceramic coating and tint all before my arrival to pick up the car. The paperwork was all online. Upon arrival to the dealership only a few wet signatures needed and I was done. It was a fantastic experience. More

The salesman were respectful at all times, and didn’t pressure for a sale, but allowed us to take our time to come to an informed decision.
