Riley was very congenial, cheerfull, and knowledgeable. We were able to pay cash Which avoided any problems with finacing. Trading in our suv was resolved to our satisfaction. There was no home delivery as we purchased the car and we drove it home that same day of purchase. Riley’s explanation of final pricing met with our satisfaction. While it is VERY important the quality of the service center, I will be able to answer after I learn how long it takes to make appointments for basic services such as days, weeks, months? Also how well they care for my first Mercedes Benz vehicle. P S: I do not remember the name of the person who comes in with all the paperwork we have to sign, but he also was enjoyable and patient with his explanations of what we are signing.
