This is the third time I have had my ML serviced at this dealership. Each time I have been treated respectfully and honestly. I purchase a new GL 550 from this dealership in April 2011. My sales person David Barton agreed not only in writing but also verbally that my title would be overnighted directly to me within 7 days. I am now over 90 days out and still have not received a title on my vehicle. Mr. Barton was a repesentative of their business and his promises that were made both verbally and in writing are legal and binding contracts. This dealership has failed to recognize this. They have ignored my repeated request for them to honor what they contractually owe me. I have even offered to send the vehicle back but they must pay for shipping. They do not want to resolve this matter. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! More
We purchased a New GL550 from this business. Here we are over 2 months later and we can't even tag ,reg our truck. Our sales person put in writing that we would have our title within 5 days of us sending th over 2 months later and we can't even tag ,reg our truck. Our sales person put in writing that we would have our title within 5 days of us sending the bank wire that we would have our title fedexed to our address. We needed it for our state compliance and now will have to pay a ridiculious sum of $$ to even reg our SUV. I have paid atty fees and am still without title. We paid on 4/22/11 and today is 6/25/11 still no title. The GM (CHIP MILLER) HAS REFUSED to overnight our title. There is no lienholder on our SUV.. Hopefully everyone will steer clear of this Dealership.We are now in communications with filing a complaint with their STATE Attorney General to see if we can ever get our title. So no matter what our sales person (Blake Becker ) gave us in writing and also verbally told us we are still without title.... More
I made an appointment to have my car serviced. I arrived on time and we agreed as to what should be done. Told them I was going to lunch and would be back in 1.5 hours. I came back 2 hours later and they on time and we agreed as to what should be done. Told them I was going to lunch and would be back in 1.5 hours. I came back 2 hours later and they had not even started working on the car because a drive up person came in and was going to wait. I had to drive over 90 miles each way and they wasted a total of 5 hours of my time. NO way to treat a customer. They suck. I later found out that the place is not locally owned and the owner is in Medford, OR of all places. I left him 2 messages and no response. They are all talk and no walk. Avoid them at all costs. More
