The service advisor let me know there were a few additional issues that should be addressed but after spending $500 on diagnosis and repairs I decided to take of them later. Unfortunately I don't see a list of issues on the paper work and without a diagnostic report I don't know what else they found in the inspection. More

Sales representative Frederick Carbonne is THE best I have been completely satisfied with Mercedes-Benz of Spokane since buying my first MB in 2005. Sales representative Frederick Carbonne is THE best person I have every bought a vehicle from and I have bought many over my lifetime. Amber and Tim in the service department are top-notch. You can tell about a business by how long their employees remain and Mercedes must be doing something right to keep such good help. Mercedes makes the best vehicles out there on the market. The workmanship is the best I have ever seen. My C240 has 60,000 miles on it and it still seems like a new car. More
Excellent I called the Service Department the day before and they were booked with appointments the next day. I was told to bring in my car the next morning ear I called the Service Department the day before and they were booked with appointments the next day. I was told to bring in my car the next morning early and they would fit me in. Coming from north of Athol, ID, I was there the next morning 10 minutes before the doors open. They opened their doors before 7:30 and fitted me in immediately. Within 2 1/2 hours my car was taken care of. We were very satisfied with their service. Thank you! More

Horrible Sales Service Buyer beware Mercedes made a sales deal Saturday. Drove 6 hours for them to pull a bait and switch on Tuesday night. Sales manager said he would make the deal if I would purchase the extended warranty. Very upset and disappointed. Never been treated so poorly. Will never do business with Spokane Mercedes. Sad to see that Mercedes would allow this type of business practice. More
Staff ok GM is rude I live in the area of this dealer and after my experience with the GM I will not buy from them. He is a hot head and when I was discussing an issue wi I live in the area of this dealer and after my experience with the GM I will not buy from them. He is a hot head and when I was discussing an issue with him he was the farthest from customer service. I was warned about him but I have seen it for myself. The salesperson even appologized for the GMs behaviour. With all options to buy online or quick trip to Seattle or Portland I would not go here. Totally unprofessional. More
Lackluster customer service. wish I could give this dealership more than one star. I contacted this dealership on August 7, 2015 regarding a 2002 BMW M5 they received in on trad wish I could give this dealership more than one star. I contacted this dealership on August 7, 2015 regarding a 2002 BMW M5 they received in on trade. At that time there were no pictures, info or mileage on the car. I worked with another sales advisor. I told them I was interested in the vehicle contingent upon more details. I was told I would hear back within 24 hours. On Monday I did not hear back and I called back and spoke with someone named Frederick Carbone. Frederick told me he was the one who took the vehicle in on trade. We talked and I asked if he can send me more photos of the vehicle. He advised that the vehicle was at an independent shop waiting on repairs but advised I would have first rights of buying the car once it is back as they cannot sell a car or accept a deposit if the car is no in their possession. Within that same day I called around looking for a reputable shop to perform a PPI on the car and actually found the shop where the car was at. Spoke with the owner of the shop regarding the car and he advised me his thoughts on it. I stayed in touch with Frederick and the owner of the shop gave me updates here and there. I advised Frederick that I wanted to do the deal prior to Wednesday of that week as I am leaving to Monterey for Monterey Car Week and he said that the car needed to be back. When I spoke to Frederick on Thursday and was told the car was sold by another representative. Frederick gave me a few very rude remarks and when I asked to speak to a manager he told me that the "Manager does not have time to speak with you and your concerns and hung up." I called back and spoke with Justin Robidoux the general manager of this dealership. Justin was actually quite helpful. He documented what happened and actually gave me a call back the next day regarding the situation. Overall if you do need to deal with this dealer do yourself a favor and pick another representative other than Frederick. More
