Exceptional experience at Mercedes Benz of Southampton I started servicing my C300 at Mercedes Benz of Southampton a year ago. Within a short time I received a text that my car was done. I continued using I started servicing my C300 at Mercedes Benz of Southampton a year ago. Within a short time I received a text that my car was done. I continued using them. When my C300 lease was up I chose a GLC300 because service and the entire dealership was fantastic. This is my second Mercedes Benz and must say that this experience exceeded my expectations. Worst most incompetent service ever- by any dealer My car was brought in for problems with the ignition system.car was in their shop for several weeks .i called the service manager 5 Times & never got My car was brought in for problems with the ignition system.car was in their shop for several weeks .i called the service manager 5 Times & never got a call back. When I got the car back ,the ignition was put in upside down & they had damaged the center console. A week or so later, the car again would not start. It was taken back to this dealer& after keeping the car they advised me that another part & repair was necessary-which they should have diagnosed the first time. As they were completing this repair- they damaged the body.They had to order the part & then have it painted & installed- for this repair they had the car for a month- they also told me that they did not damage the center console,despite the fact that it was perfect before they got it.. Now the automatic locking system which directly links to the ignition system does NOT function. The Worst service ever. If you are going to get a car that might EVER need service- get it somewhere else More
