Bought my Vehicle here and have been using their service dept for many years and each time I have a routine or specific issue, I’ve experienced horrible customer service from this SH Service Dept. They tell dept for many years and each time I have a routine or specific issue, I’ve experienced horrible customer service from this SH Service Dept. They tell me to bring it in, they do not offer a loaner and then the vehicle sits for days before they work on it. And it’s every time I bring it in. When I couldn’t drive my car b/c of and issue, Andy said diagnostic tests didn’t see it, but after picking it up, the problem comes bright back. Very frustrating working with Andy and subpar mechanics. Andy is not professional, and needs to be retrained in customer service. Mercedes would be appalled as a brand to know how customers are treated here in this Southampton NY service dept. More
Had a warranty issue and after 6 days they still didn’t know when the car could be evaluated. They are too short staffed and don’t get back to you. There must be better dealers who understand the concept o know when the car could be evaluated. They are too short staffed and don’t get back to you. There must be better dealers who understand the concept of customer service. Without an appointment your out of luck, but what do you do when check engine light goes on. What does a warranty mean. Next appointment is August!! I took the car to my local repair shop who who hooked up their computer and diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. If you have a problem with your car and didn’t buy it from Southampton, you better find another dealer. More

Stay away from this dealer , especially from salesman name Kent !!!! I was driving there 1 hour to buying car , Day before I was talking to him about car,he says car is available and schedule appointm name Kent !!!! We have used this dealer in the past and have been pleased. Our last experience, though, was far from ideal. It took a lot longer to get the car serviced (was routine stuff) due to some door issue a pleased. Our last experience, though, was far from ideal. It took a lot longer to get the car serviced (was routine stuff) due to some door issue at their garage and their answers on return date of our car proved to be highly unreliable, The loaner car had no GPS which became an issue as we did not get our car back for over a week and service advisor was less than helpful and showed no courtesy More
