The communication and service is terrible. It’s been more than a week that my new vehicle with less than 2k miles has been there in service. We just bought the unit, vehicle had to be towed to the dealership Mercedes Benz South Orlando, with a loud noise in the brake system. It has been eleven days, I’ve been trying to call and communicate with my service representative but she never answers the phone nor return voicemails. No one is available to give me an update or at least to resolve the issue with a loaner. It’s very frustrating! More
So I found the car I wanted online. I’m a buyer from Louisiana. Had my own financing. Everything moved at a snails pace between my Lender needs and the dealership needs regarding paperw I’m a buyer from Louisiana. Had my own financing. I wanted everything done by noon on Friday so I can book my flight for Saturday to pick up the car. Finally everything got done by 3pm Friday. After waiting forever as I was told for money wire instructions, it got done. The dealership was told that the money was wired. Since it was in the afternoon., they may not receive confirmation until Monday. Cool. I’ll make other arrangements to fly during the week to pick up the car. Then I get a call from my salesman stating that they are selling the car as we speak to another buyer….who does that really. Who sells a car after $32k is already wired. I guess they broke even - one customer gained one customer lost. Is that really a win for you guys… More

Where do I begin. What started out as a great buying experience has turned into a complete nightmare. I purchased, so I thought a 2023 EQB from this dealership, paid a What started out as a great buying experience has turned into a complete nightmare. I purchased, so I thought a 2023 EQB from this dealership, paid a significant amount of money down and traded in my 2021 Lexus ES300 Hybrid for the vehicle. All paperwork was processed & signed, insurance switched over (Paid deposit) hands shaken and pictures taken from sales and finance. I also purchased an electric box to be installed into my garage hired a electrician and spent well over $1,100 so that the vehicle can be charged while I'm home. Into my second week of having the car, the dealership calls me and ask to return the vehicle because finance CANT process the lease. I am beyond disappointed and speechless. Mercedes has dropped my credit score significantly to the point where I'd be lucky to be able to buy a car cash. I've received every email from mercedes congratulating me on my purchased vehicle and now I have to start over. I can honestly say this was the worst car buying experience I've ever had or could ever imagine. More

requested information on a vehicle and received no answers to my questions. checked the listing again and they raised the price on the vehicle I had previously sent the request for.
