Where do I begin. What started out as a great buying experience has turned into a complete nightmare. I purchased, so I thought a 2023 EQB from this dealership, paid a significant amount of money down and traded in my 2021 Lexus ES300 Hybrid for the vehicle. All paperwork was processed & signed, insurance switched over (Paid deposit) hands shaken and pictures taken from sales and finance. I also purchased an electric box to be installed into my garage hired a electrician and spent well over $1,100 so that the vehicle can be charged while I'm home. Into my second week of having the car, the dealership calls me and ask to return the vehicle because finance CANT process the lease. I am beyond disappointed and speechless. Mercedes has dropped my credit score significantly to the point where I'd be lucky to be able to buy a car cash. I've received every email from mercedes congratulating me on my purchased vehicle and now I have to start over. I can honestly say this was the worst car buying experience I've ever had or could ever imagine. More

It has been a month and Mercedes Benz of South Orlando has not sent the check for my trade-in. Their excuse is that the dealership is waiting on signatures. Like you, I find it hard to believe that a dealership takes a month to collect signatures. What does this suggest about internal controls and compliance? The negligence and incompetence are best highlighted by the General Manager Clarence Horne and owner Dorian Boyland who avoid phone calls and ignore customer emails. MBSO is withholding customer funds to earn incremental interest income. Buyers be advised that the MBSO and its staff place are irresponsible and criminal. Fellow buyers, share your experience to help future customers. There are a lot of places to buy a car, and MBSO is not one of them. More

I want to recognize the excellent customer service provided by Mr. Raúl Méndez, Service Advisor from Mercedes Benz of South Orlando. Mr. Méndez went above and beyond to help us to repair our car after provided by Mr. Raúl Méndez, Service Advisor from Mercedes Benz of South Orlando. Mr. Méndez went above and beyond to help us to repair our car after one of the glass window was smashed to steal my wife's purse inside the car. He treated us with entire dedication, friendliness and respect. Mr. Méndez is an asset to your company. More
Mercedes of South Orlando calls itself a VIP dealership, but I can tell you there is nothing VIP about the dealership. They may make you feel like a VIP when purchasing your Mercedes Benz from them, but aft but I can tell you there is nothing VIP about the dealership. They may make you feel like a VIP when purchasing your Mercedes Benz from them, but afterwards when you need services you are no better off going to a street mechanic. The techs are reckless, incompetent, and without regards to your vehicle. They don’t clean their mess on your vehicle after they work on it, they break things in your vehicle and never tell you about it, and after you drive off and try to disputed with the dealership they don’t want to take responsibility. The techs touch and change your radio stations, they mess with your AC, they mess with you seat position, they touch the things you have inside your console, door pocket, and sometimes steal things. The worse part is when you try to reach out to management they are never available and if you leave a message or an email it is never answered. I have reach out to the service manager Mr. Jeff Summers, and this guys gets pay for pretending to do work. You have be lucky to catch him by walking into his office, otherwise you can wait for an eternity and he will not get back to you. I tried reaching out to the general manager, J Ford, no luck there either. I am recommend you find another dealership to purchase your vehicle and to get your Mercedes Benz service. MBSO, will over charge you, break things so you can return again, and have no respect for you vehicle. I was there four weeks ago replacing the rack and pinion, and without driving the car afterwards, I take the car back to dealership because I feel something is not right with the way the car shifts from reverse to drive, now they are saying I need a new transmission and my turbo line is broken and is now leaking. How is it that the tech did not noticed the leak when they were replacing the rack. Complete fabrication. My suggestion, stay away from MBSO. More
