That’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in a dealership . Last time I brought my car their valet service crashed it and didn’t even apologize or anything . Nobody is calling me back I tried to call multiple time for every time being transferred to voicemail or being told they will back be back but don’t do . I’ve been out of car for 3 days now and they didn’t even look at it the car was park outside very far from dealership . The service advisor Eugene is terrible didn’t even return my call I had to go all the way to the dealership to have an update so I took my car back after 3 days and they didn’t even take a look at it or do anything .
