The entire process with Eric in Service was excellent but unfortunately the vehicle had a Wendy's Empty Drink cup when I picked it up. Someone used the vehicle for lunch, (not good) after having to wait ove unfortunately the vehicle had a Wendy's Empty Drink cup when I picked it up. Someone used the vehicle for lunch, (not good) after having to wait over 40 minutes to pick up the car. This was not an isolated incident. It has happened to me before at MBSO. Please don't use customer vehicles to drive around to lunch or as a cafeteria. On another note, Eric in Service was professional and treats people like they are the only customer. He is always swamped but handles it like a PRO and I would promote him into higher management. He is an asset to any business. More
