Been a customer of MBSO since 2016 and needed a car. Had some poor experiences with their service department but knew their sales department was one of the best. Zuhare and Tony were our sales reps and we had an outstanding experience buying our new 2023 GLE 450. I kind of had an idea of what I wanted so Zuhare and Tony were patient and spot on with recommendation types. I deeply appreciate their respective professionalism and humor while working with them. The entire process with Eric in Service was excellent but unfortunately the vehicle had a Wendy's Empty Drink cup when I picked it up. Someone used the vehicle for lunch, (not good) after having to wait ove unfortunately the vehicle had a Wendy's Empty Drink cup when I picked it up. Someone used the vehicle for lunch, (not good) after having to wait over 40 minutes to pick up the car. This was not an isolated incident. It has happened to me before at MBSO. Please don't use customer vehicles to drive around to lunch or as a cafeteria. On another note, Eric in Service was professional and treats people like they are the only customer. He is always swamped but handles it like a PRO and I would promote him into higher management. He is an asset to any business. More

The service process is a disaster. Your assigned a rep but you can’t ever talk to them so you go to scheduling. I booked an appointment for today @9:00 am. Apparently scheduling doesn’t know or check schedules as my advisor wasn’t scheduled until 10 so I sat in waiting for over 30 min only to get lucky to see him as he was coming in early. 4.5 hours later the car isn’t done. When I was in for the last service , noticed a rattle in front of car that wasn’t there before service. I believe I have had 1-2 good service experiences here, the rest are regularly disasters. I give up on mercedes as it’s too aggravating to get basic service. Also , if you didn’t buy here and pay $2,000 for vip , getting a loaner is impossible 4.5 hours and car not fixed More
