Purchased a used BMW 3 days ago - less than 70 miles after driving off the lot, the check engine light came on and it has an evap leak. Dealership states they are not responsible for fixing and offered after driving off the lot, the check engine light came on and it has an evap leak. Dealership states they are not responsible for fixing and offered they can accept it on trade for a new car (not newer - new). You can not convince me they they did not know of this leak, disconnected the battery to get the light to go off until I drove away with the vehicle. Stay away from the shady business practices of this location and their sales team. More

I’m very disappointed with the customer service and the lack of communication. I’m sad and extremely disappointed how my car been in the shop for almost four months. The service advisor Andrew was nice but he didn’t bother offering any discounts for my car sitting there. They lie to me about the date of when my car would be delivered. When I try to get ahold of them they keep making excuses. I’m not happy on how my car came back. They didnt bother washing it. They broke few things inside my car. I emailed the manager of course they didn’t respond to me. This dealership doesn’t care and have the worse customer service. I won’t be back and I would pursue legal action. More
