Great service as always. MB of south MS really helped me this time. I contacted my insurance company to have my windshield replaced. They sent a glass company to my home and replaced the windshield. After, this time. I contacted my insurance company to have my windshield replaced. They sent a glass company to my home and replaced the windshield. After, none of the advanced safety features worked. No lane departure warning, etc. long story short, they installed a non-genuine windshield. My service advisor helped me navigate through this and helped me get a genuine windshield installed. Everything works great again. Thanks guys for taking care of me! More

I called Mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi. I told them that a lite on the dash indicated a problem. I was then told to bring the car in. I did just that. Gave me a loaner and brought my car to me when ready. More
