Update: Billy contacted us directly about our issue and was willing to do what is right. Super amazed at Billy’s honest desire to provide more than the best customer service and his driven to delight attit was willing to do what is right. Super amazed at Billy’s honest desire to provide more than the best customer service and his driven to delight attitude. Difficult to contact during shelter in place, this is understandable. Left front wheel speed sensor replaced 7 months ago, right front wheel speed sensor recommended this visit with a note they are replaced in pairs. We could have saved money if the wheel speed sensors were replaced per Mercedes Benz specifications, parts costs have increased so the savings would have been in parts, labor and diagnostics. Total before tax $633.75 to replace two front wheel speed sensors. Billy was great, could not ask for a better advisor. Service was fast and appeared accurate. Not happy about the extra cost to me by not following Mercedes Benz recommendations. Would enjoy a conversation from management about this issue. More
