I wouldn't give a single star if I were given the option. The service department was atrocious. Xcellent and very efficient MB of South Mississippi is by far the best MB Dealership in the region (Louisiana, Mississippi & Alabama). very slow and unresponsive. Arrived at 9:40 am for oil change. There were three people in lobby. Service writer was prompt in writing me up and took car in to be serviced.
