Billy is THE BEST service advisor I have come across in decades. My car was physically damaged in shop and the service department claims a faulty element did physical damage, expected me to believe it. BBB notified. Unbelievably unfair to this customer. I've been cheated and I only hope that the BBB investigation returns what I was charged for their damages. Mr herbert has tried my patience by his stubborn insistence that what he says is actually true. This man needs to be taught proper ettique in how to treat customers. Seems a smile in your face backstabber in regards to how he treated me. So I ask all of you; what would you do, being told that a naturally gone bad element caused damage that would be impossible to have caused ? I don't believe that you people are very smart at all.
