Christopher Stuben, GM and Billy Herbert our Server Manager along with Birch Parts Manager were OUTSTANDING !! I had a blown tire 25 miles from the Mercedes dealership and Christopher and Billy arrang Manager along with Birch Parts Manager were OUTSTANDING !! I had a blown tire 25 miles from the Mercedes dealership and Christopher and Billy arranged to get my car and also they sent Birch came to pick me up, bring me to the dealership and gave me a loner car while my car was repaired. Additionally Billy Herbert looked at my car’s maintenance history and informed me that I was due a schedule service and offered to have it done at the dealership.
