I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2015 Toyota, Highlander. Stephen did an excellent job getting the deal done! However, I bought my new vehicle on Monday and was told to bring my new vehicle back Highlander. Stephen did an excellent job getting the deal done! However, I bought my new vehicle on Monday and was told to bring my new vehicle back to have it detailed on Thursday. Not a problem... BUT....I was not offered any transportation. The salesman (blue eyes, blonde hair) (in place of stephen)said since I bought a Toyota and not a Mercedes the policy states they can not loan a vehicle to drive. Which means I was left without a vehicle to drive. I had to find my own transportation to and from work. I was not even offered a ride to and/or from work. I was very disappointed. They should treat all customers the same. I bought the vehicle from Mercedes car lot so they should of treated me with better customer service. Thank you, A.A More
