Service has greatly decreased in the past 5 years. My last service I was quoted a price, offered a discount , then charged an additional fee after the discount that was 1:2 of the discount amount. They no longer wash my car before returning it, which was nice, but now they don’t even protect the interior with floor paper covers. The quality of service has just steadily diminished since I began using them 5 years ago. Very disappointing ! More
