Terrific job with Israel turning me on to Alexandra. She did an excellent job answering questions I needed help on. Carlos was helpful but when I arrived, to check my vehicle and saw that the engine light did an excellent job answering questions I needed help on. Carlos was helpful but when I arrived, to check my vehicle and saw that the engine light was on and the sensor dirty, but did no communication with him after waiting in lobby almost three hours. I did see Jack communicating with ALL of his customers letting them know what was going on. I asked for Carlos, but we couldn't locate him to see what was going on. My appointment was at 10:00 a.m. The overall service was good as always but needed more communications. More

Was told when the car was dropped off we would be second in line and get a call. No one called and we were not serviced until the end of the day.
