Went in twice back to back. Once for ABs, which i paid for. Second for camshaft sensors that were suppose to be covered under mercedez warranty. I was told 2 days but it ending up taking 8 days and i had for. Second for camshaft sensors that were suppose to be covered under mercedez warranty. I was told 2 days but it ending up taking 8 days and i had to leave vehicle there for those 8 days. One day im being told that they dont have part and part has been ordered and that part is on its way. After the part got delivered, One day the excuse was that the tool wasnt available and you guys had to get it shipped it from some other city/state.. No courtesy vehicle was offered and upon asking for one i was told there are none available. I was told that you guys went ahead and replaced the airbags since there was a recall on them. But the main problem is that the cherry wood panelling above the ac ducts is cracked as a result of that. ALSO id like to mention how i was still charged $100 for some unkown part that i was told was broken by the mechanic while fixing camshaft but I would have to bear that cost. Totally unprofessional start to finish. The service was immaculate when i had to pay 1000$ for oil change and ABS. But when time cane for them to cover factory warranty i was dragged. More
