The service I received from my advisor was a class act and the best service I’ve received thus far from any Mercedes dealership. I was extremely irritated! supposedly a certified technician was working on my car and did not put enough oil in my car! How does this type of thing happen. The service advisor, I believe carlos was his name was great and went above and beyond. However I will never return due to the technicians incompetence. More
