My experience was horrible. I came in at 8:30 for my appointment to have scratches removed from three of my tire rims. The work was not finished until after 12:00 pm. I was informed that the work should take about an hour and a half. At that point I agreed to complete my recall. I was informed an hour and a half later that you couldn’t take care of it because the screws were not in the package with the parts. I don’t feel that I was respected nor valued. More

Appointment was easy to schedule. Service professionally performed and all issues with vehicle were explained with options. Mr. Rhea research and was able to apply my Face Book coupon. Only issue was with Face Book link to get discount coupon. Apparently when discount coupon was sent - I immediately received an email and phone text about my interest in 2008 CLK 350. These were from a different web address and the phone number was not local. The name on the signature line could not be found in the list of staff. I spent hours tracing and cleaning my PC from a suspected or possible virus. On Monday morning I contacted the service departed and they informed me that the email and text were 'robot' generated. More
