David Rodriguez is fantastic at his job. I have bought probably a dozen vehicles over the years, and consistently hated the process -- largely because of how much time it takes and the naggi I have bought probably a dozen vehicles over the years, and consistently hated the process -- largely because of how much time it takes and the nagging feeling that I am somehow being taken advantage of. This is the first time I felt like the dealer was not intentionally trying to vex me and waste my time. David was able to accommodate my request to get everything necessary for my purchase ready online and over the phone, so that I only needed a little over an hour at the dealership and missed virtually no work. And much of that hour was spent learning about the features of my new car, a good way to spend my time. I also note that David and the dealership prepped everything very quickly before my arrival. I contacted them around 7pm the night before and drove away in the car around 2 the next day, after just that one hour in the dealership. David was very pleasant, not at all pushy, seemed to shoot straight with me, and gave me a fair trade in price and deal on the new car. He genuinely cares about customer service, and I could not be happier with the Mercedes. Marc in financing was also very gregarious and efficient. This was my first Mercedes experience, and god willing all my future car purchases will be Mercedes, based on a combination of how exceptional the car is and the customer service of this dealership. Cannot say enough good things. I will definitely stick with this dealership and David if the service remains this great. More
