He scheduled an appointment with us on Saturday to make the best use of our time when I wanted to show my husband the options for us. Excellent Service in Long Distance Purchase Found a 2015 ML 350 4MATIC on the Mercedes CPO web site which seamlessly transferred me to the Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte web site. Sent a Ch Found a 2015 ML 350 4MATIC on the Mercedes CPO web site which seamlessly transferred me to the Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte web site. Sent a Chat Note and received an e-mail response in short order in response to several questions I had. The Sales Associate Gary provided excellent information to my responses both by e-mail and phone. Gary set up the sale over long distance and when I arrived had the vehicle and paperwork ready to go. I was on a short timeline after flying in and the efforts of the MB of South Charlotte team got me processed and on the road back home. Mercedes CPO is a great way to ensure that the vehicle you buy at a distance is in shape and with no issues. MB of South Charlotte's web site listed a full CARFAX for the vehicle on their site and Gary covered the report leaving nothing out. We have owned Mercedes back to our first used 300TD we purchased back in 1992 and have always comeback to a brand we know and trust. Drove a total of 1100+ miles to get back home and the ML cruised like a breeze. Comfortable, stable, and reliable. More
