Extremely disappointed by service departments workers arrogance and unprofessionalism. Brought my used AMG for a transmission diagnostics, as it was a bit slipping. After the $1200 service, transmission arrogance and unprofessionalism. Brought my used AMG for a transmission diagnostics, as it was a bit slipping. After the $1200 service, transmission function became much worse. We addressed it the next day, A mechanic, Paul Newman, admitted, transmission is clanking now, though he was mocking us for getting a vehicle from the independent dealer. Also, now my car is coasting back at the stoplights! So, the only recommendation is to change the whole unit for $13,000!! I asked what exactly is wrong, but only got one answer: the whole unite failed. It was not the issue before! Simply not true! I can’t express my disappointment enough. A total denial from the service manager on doing anything wrong, and no constructive solution. Manager's name is Andrew Newman. Any conflict of interest? Totally a horrible experience. No desire to help customer. No knowledge. Poor communication skills. Unprofessional approach. Definitely do not recommend. More

The entire process was perhaps our best experience in the purchase of an automobile. Our sales representative, Raj was an unexpected bonus. He is not the average car dealer. He was professional, articulate and pleasant. Rather than a business transaction, our experience was more like a visit with a friend.
