Sammy, Lamir, Dixon, et.al. are always at the fore in providing customer satisfaction. I once had an issue with the wait time (3 hrs.) for the servicing of my vehicle. Car released on 12/26. To call me when part comes in. Only call from service mgr about poor service. He would call to have right seat motor installed. Now it’s 1/21/2021 and no call. Customer Service was very poor.. Communication with the customer was non existent. Had my car for almost two weeks. Did it completely fix the problem. The recall was easy to make an appointment, get a rental car and kept updated on the progress. My windshield had just been hit by a rock and the service Dept lined up that to be repaired also.
