South Charlotte Mercedes-Benz dealership has been highly unprofessional and an incredible waste of time. They ignored my calls and emails for days, offering little to no communication. Despite clearly expre unprofessional and an incredible waste of time. They ignored my calls and emails for days, offering little to no communication. Despite clearly expressing my intent to purchase the vehicle and being willing to cover the shipping costs, they repeatedly insisted that I visit the dealership in person, even though I had already made up my mind. It's unreasonable for a dealership to refuse to ship a vehicle when the buyer is prepared to pay for the shipping, especially when the car was accurately represented in the advertisement. The constant insistence on an in-person visit seems unnecessary and inconvenient for busy customers. David Rodriguez was particularly unresponsive throughout the process, adding to the frustration. Overall, the service was very unprofessional, and I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. Never trust this company!!! Waste of time!!!! More
