Today is Jan 28th, 2022 and I have taken my Mercedes in because the brakes are squeaking all day and the windshield washer fluid is leaking. (It doesnt even stay in long enough to use twice for my windshield). Do not buy from this dealership. They gave me the run around scheduling a service appointment and now say that nothing is wrong with my vehicle. The service manager yelled at me over the phone and said its normal for the brakes to make squeaking sounds. He also said that i was wrong about the leak despite the indicator on the dash and the fluid disappearing each time I have it filled. These guys are only in the business of selling, once you buy your vehicle then you are cut off. They will try to not repair anything that is covered under warranty. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. The service manager will yell and belittle you until you pick up your car with zero repairs!! I have never been treated so awful by any company in all of my life experiences. I truly cried after I hung up the phone. The service manager was hateful and has no respect for women, men or any customers that cone to Mercedes for maintenance. I am in shock to be co.pletely honest, I cannot believe that this behavior is tolerated at a luxury dealership.
