Let me begin by saying that I love Mercedes cars and I have been loyal customer for over 15 years and have purchased different models and all of them was top of the line. I usually trading my vehicles at have been loyal customer for over 15 years and have purchased different models and all of them was top of the line. I usually trading my vehicles at least every 6-8 month. Always loved that you are not buying only luxury vehicles but also luxury customer service. South Charlotte Mercedes dealer was one of the dealers I have loved to work with up until May of 2022. In May of 2022 I decided to trade in my 2021 Mercedes G63 and 2021 BMW x6m Competition for something new and so I went to South Charlotte Mercedes to check it out what they have. Sale person I have always working with have showed me 2022 EQS AMG that they just received. The car impressed me 100% with the way it looks, the options and other cool stuff. So I decided to see what the numbers would look like and so we ended up making a deal even though I was very, very concerned about charging stations and I was insured by the manager that I will not have any problems at all. I was very skeptical to pull a trigger on finalizing a deal just because I have never had electric car and for me it was very new thing, but once again, I was reinsured that there are so many Chargers around the country that it will not be an issue. After driving vehicle for only 500 miles, hours, and hours of researching, I find out that this is not easy to find fast chargers and to travel on this car is a nightmare. After just a few days I called the dealer and said that they lied about easy process of finding chargers and that I’m very disappointed and want to get rid of the vehicle and get something else instead, I was told that they will investigate it. I do have to mention that the car itself is amazing and futures of it are awesome. After couple of weeks dealer have not come back with any suggestions and have not expressed any interest to trade this car for me for something else. I decided to shop elsewhere and found a car I was interested at another dealer, after working with them on the numbers, they came back with $80k less for my car, I was shocked. I decided to try another dealer and they give me $75k less for what I paid, and all of this happened after only 3 weeks after purchase. I called 3rd dealer and he came back with the same low number, and he told me that the car is not worth $210k I paid for that it was way overpriced. I called dealer where I have purchased a vehicle and told them that they price gouged big time and they had nothing to say. Bottom line, after the dealership was sold just recently, customer service a d satisfaction has evaporated along with the previous owner. The prices for the vehicles are way, way overpriced. The main goal for them right now is to lie about vehicles they have just to get them sold and price gouge way out of range. The new that the way overpriced the vehicle and so they would of never pay nothing even close to the originally charged price. I know that for the most part you are always losing some money when you trade but, in my case, we are talking near half of the cost. Very disappointed in the current management, price structure and lack of customer satisfaction. This dealer has lost my business forever!!! More
Drove from Florida to Charlotte to visit family. Heard a whistling sound and brought car into dealer on a Saturday morning. Within seconds he got us a loaner and we went to customer service to sign papers. Smiling Sanita was there to help us. Oh my goodness, so helpful and friendly as was Judy!! Within 3 hours we were called, dropped off loaner and back in our vehicle. South Charlotte Mercedes is first class for a reason. When you have people like Frank, Eddie, Sanita and Judy working for you, you definitely have a first class dealership. BTW, we drove back to Florida just enjoying this car with confidence and comfort. More

We arrived unannounced and Eduardo not only made time to assist us but offered the all fronts and set the caliber high for quality customer service. We arrived unannounced and Eduardo not only made time to assist us but offered the utmost professionalism, knowledge and transparency throughout our new car purchase. He was incredibly patient, helpful, detail oriented, kind and even stayed late on a Saturday night. The quality customer service only continued when he introduced us to Marc from Finance who helped finalize our transaction. Both Eduardo and Marc are some of the best in the business and I've already referred them. Cannot recommend them enough! More
