I purchased a second Mercedes-Benz vehicle for my wife because of our experience with our sales consultant Mr. Prego. Everyone treated use like we were the only customers in the dealership. I can't say enough about the Finance Director Mr. Hooshmand who helped us get a better interest rate then my own credit union who offers a very competitive rate. Great customer service wins me over every time and MB of South Charlotte has just that. When I purchased my vehicle seven months ago, the price was really great for a pre-owned vehicle with 6k miles. I said to Mr. Prego I would be back. Once again Mr. Prego came through for us. From the time I called Mr. Prego to make an appointment to test drive a vehicle, my wife was driving her vehicle home four days after. Financing through MB was an outstanding choice and my only regret is that I didn't with my vehicle. I am ecstatic about my future maintenance service with the new purchase. since servicing my first vehicle with MB of South Charlotte, my Service Advisor Mr. Thomas has made that experience painless. My overall experience with MB of South Charlotte is awesome which is not listed on this dealer review. Great will have to do and I owe that to all mentioned here pertaining to both vehicle purchases: Mr. Prego (Sales) Mr. Hooshmand and Bartalini (Finance) last but not least Mr. Thomas (Service). A special thanks to the Service Manager who I met during a scheduled service ensured I was treated as a valued MB guest. I would not go anywhere else. The professionalism is beyond what I expected having had many dealership experiences. My wife and I feel as though we have a friendship with the MB of South Charlotte employees. From a customer stand point, MB of South Charlotte is doing everything right. More
I purchased my vehicle (SLK250) seven months ago. I found this vehicle through my internet search and the vehicle was listed with MB of Charlotte as a preferred dealership by USAA which I am a banking member this vehicle through my internet search and the vehicle was listed with MB of Charlotte as a preferred dealership by USAA which I am a banking member. Mr. Prego contacted me within hours of my online request to test drive the car. We were greeted by him right away. I was very impressed with the knowledge Mr. Prego had of the vehicle. I instantly loved everything about the SLK and with no pressure my wife and I sat down with the sales consultant. He went right to work and we got the best price compared to other places I considered. With my bank check in hand, I met Mr. Bartalini who explain every detail of the signing process. Next, Mr. Hooshmand greeted us and finalized all the remaining details of the sale. Mr. Prego had the vehicle detailed and ready to go the following day when I returned. Fred Ress gave me the best overview on the vehicle's equipment I have ever had from a dealership. He was patient and answered every question and concern. I was driving home shortly there after. I am thoroughly enjoying the SLK250 and I am appreciative to Mr. Prego for making my buying experience painless. I was totally sold when the sales consultant earned my trust. This week my wife drove her GLK350 home from MB of Charlotte thanks to Mr. Prego and some welcomed financial advice from Mr. Hooshmand who earned our financing through Mercedes-Benz. Truly a professional staff who I will highly recommend to friends and family. I'm sure I will buy my next Mercedes from Mr. Prego who I feel has established a friendship with my wife and I. More

Visited Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte Valentine's weekend. They had the vehicle I wanted (GL 450) and Mr. John Glaser was very pleasant to work with. He was very informative and accommodating. I was given a good price for my trade in and negotiation for purchase was overall stress free. I would recommend this dealership just on Customer Service alone. I would work with Mr. Glaser again. Even after the purchase, Mr. Glaser was kind enough to follow up and ensure I was satisfied. In retrospect, I most likely purchased the vehicle due to Mr. Glaser's pleasant demeanor and attentiveness. Ask for John Glaser. You will not be disappointed. More
My first experience with Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte and John Glaser was last August when I visited the dealership with my son, who was looking for a new/used car. During our initial visit I was most impressed with John Glaser's complete knowledge of their inventory of used cars along with his knowledge of all the options and features on every car we looked at and/or drove that evening. I was so impressed that after my son was unable to make his decision regarding purchasing a Mercedes, I returned to the dealership the next week and began my discussions with John regarding a used GL550 he had shown us and my son had test driven. John made me feel like I had a partner in helping me buy the car. John has continued to be that partner when I return for a simple car wash or for servicing and repairs needed under warranty. John Glaser, and everyone at Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte, make me feel appreciated for doing business with them. A good feeling to have this day and time ! More
I had to place a custom order to get exactly what I wanted and John was so helpful and patient as I made changes throughout the production. We visited Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte about 5-6 months ago, just to "look around" to see inventory, prices, and the dealership facilities. We made it known we were not ready to buy at this time. John Glaser still took us on a tour of each department, introduced us to several staff/employees, and managers. We were treated with a warm welcome, enjoyed the tour and all our questions were answered. We were impressed by the people and the facility. No push to buy anything--just wanted to answer all our questions. On March 14, 2014--we returned to test drive several cars and found a 2011 E-350 wagon we were interested in. Again, all our questions were answered--we said we like the car and need to spend a few days thinking about the wagon and/or a SUV. On Monday, March 17,2014---we returned and worked out a deal that was fair. Our numbers did not match up at first, but like most sales, reasonable discussion, compromise and respect allowed us to reach a great price. John was extremely helpful, kind and respectful. No pressure, just tons of service and making sure all our questions were answered. The level of professionalism by the staff, including Mark the finance manager, was apparent throughout the shopping and buying experience. This is our 1st Mercedes, and based on the care, quality and experience, I feel they will very likely get more of our business in the future. More

I had been through the grind of car shopping for a couple weeks and was not feeling optimistic. Then John Glaser introduced himself and my opinion changed. John took the time to listen to my needs and understand what I was looking for. He was patient and thorough and showed me options that fit my needs. When we found the right car the negotiation process was as open and painless as any I've experienced. I left with a great car at a fair price and with a high level of confidence that the dealer truly values their customers. I would highly recommend them and especially John Glaser. More
