Threes consecutive SUV's for my wife have been Mercedes from a different dealer since I do not live in Charlotte. The experience at Mercedes-Benz South Charlotte began upon the recommendation of a friend. All arrangements for the car where make by phone and email with my salesman John Glaser. He prepared everything even giving me a list of what to bring and exactly how long every step of the delivery process would take from introduction, financing, and technical about the car. Everyone had a smile and I felt it was their intent on making it a pleasant experience. I received more information about the technological aspects of my car than ever before when buying a car. Everyone was willing to give me all the time I needed, but still very efficient and organized. Ken Hooshmand who handled the financing was well organized and did not waste any of my time. John Glaser was organized in making sure the process went smoothly and I was handed off personally to the next person involved in the process without having to stand around. Fred Rees explained more about the technology of the car with more expertise than anyone I had previously dealt. Rather than one person doing everything it was like having a specialist to go through the car with you. I even learned things about the Mercedes I had recently bought my wife at a local dealership which was the fourth in a row. I can only sum it up by saying I will drive from Raleigh to Charlotte without a second thought to buy my next car at Mercedes-Benz Charlotte. A drive worth making. Very impressive gentlemen please keep up the good work. More

There are closer dealers but they did not show the appreciation of the tranaction the way Jeff Gourd did. He has created a life long client for himsef and this dealership. My parents were looking to purchase new cars and I would not have dreamed of taking them anyplace else! Darius Brown secured a great deal for the both of them and now they are a part of the Mercedes family! After my Dad picked up his vehicle someone sideswiped his bumper in the parking lot. Darius told hom to bring it back in and they would take the scratch off of the bumper free of charge. I don't know many dealerships that would do that for free. hey could not be any happier with their new vehicles thanks to Darius. I have been sold on MB South Charlotte for years and now are as well! I was called by the dealership to come in for a maintenance check. We arrived at 10:00 AM as scheduled. We were met immediately, offered goodies and drinks, use of the facilities, while our loner maintenance check. We arrived at 10:00 AM as scheduled. We were met immediately, offered goodies and drinks, use of the facilities, while our loner car was being brought up. Eduardo Prego, our sales person saw us and rushed out to greet us. This was our first visit since buying the car. We were treated like royalty by the staff every where we went. When we returned the loner car I asked if someone could give me another lesson on the navigation system. Eduardo got Fred Rees to show me what I needed to know and he was wonderful and patient. My first service experience was delightful. More

I was very disappointed due to the service lasting 2.5 hours, and no loaner vehicle to supply me. With multiple visits to the services advisor, he finally agreed to just get my car back to me, because they were running behind. Next stop - South Charlotte! Aundre (Service) was exactly what I needed! Quality service, responsive to my call, and the dealership staff were wonderful! THANK YOU! Needless to stay, I was loyal to South Charlotte and even traded in that vehicle for a new one. Darrell (Sales) knew my price point and helped me find my next new baby.
