Marc in Finance was also a pleasure to work with. He took time explaining all the details of different financing options and maintenance/extended warranty. Best experience ever buying a used car! I found just the car I wanted on cars.com -- a used Nissan. Contacted Tommy Ballard and he was very straightforward. I told him I would look around I found just the car I wanted on cars.com -- a used Nissan. Contacted Tommy Ballard and he was very straightforward. I told him I would look around and call back. When I called back a day later to negotiate, they were very fair and lowered the price some...but I have to say that the car was already priced far lower than all the others I was looking at. I got a used van for 9K less than the same new one and it had only 2,500 miles on it. Made the trip down to pick it up and the process was flawless and quick. Can't recommend them more. More

Tommy was very communicative and helpful. The original car I inquired about was at a sister dealership, which meant it wouldn't be CPO, so he steered me in the direction of a better car at the same price. I couldn't be happier. Ken Hooshmand was also excellent in the finance department helping me finalize everything, get a great rate, and understand my options for extending the warranty. It was truly a wonderful experience.
