Unbelievable. This dealership goes the extra mile in order to give the customer confidence in their purchase. When I walked in I was greeted with a welcoming hello! This dealership goes the extra mile in order to give the customer confidence in their purchase. When I walked in I was greeted with a welcoming hello! it did not stop there I ended up test driving a 2008 S550 pewter metallic in color and loved the car but had questions about maintenance and cost of repair. My sales guy then took me over the entire carfax and showed me so many reports on the car that made me feel comfortable about the condition of the car as it was used. This dealership is wonderful and will purchase more Mercedes from them in the coming future. Also, as long as John Glaser is still working there he will remain my salesmen for the future. He knows what it is to take care of customers concerns, he covers the cars from every angle and serves the customer in every aspect, the guy is just awesome at his job!!!! Thank you for a great experience and an awesome automobile. More
Poor customer service, don't let the stars fool you. Unfortunately this dealership is not worthy of 4.9 out of 5 stars like their review's claim. I brought my vehicle in to have an alignment done. The Unfortunately this dealership is not worthy of 4.9 out of 5 stars like their review's claim. I brought my vehicle in to have an alignment done. The next day I received a call saying that, this $180 dollar alignment turned into over a $1900 project. I was informed the bushings and the struts were shot, and therefore the alignment could not be completed. Okay I understand, but I can't afford that right now so I declined the service, and returned to pick up my car. When I arrived I was told my bill would now be $145 dollars. That is over 80% of what the alignment that they didn't complete costs! The service advisor said the mechanics wouldn't have known that the alignment could be done until near the very end. Really? He couldn't see the struts were leaking immediately after it was put on the lift? After debating with a manager who spoke to me like a kid, he reluctantly gave me the regular diagnostic rate of $99. Additionally, he had the gall, to tell me that I don't work for free and neither do their mechanics. Well guess what, Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte, I don't work for free, but I make sure that I don't lose customers for $145. It's too bad that you can't see how much customer service plays a vital role in business. But I guess when you're that stuck up, you don't have to care. More

Turned away for quick service while traveling I had a restraint service fault code while I was travelling in my 2015 Mercedes chassis based motorhome. Service would not even take a look at the vehicle even though a Dodge tech did an initial look and sent me to the Mercedes dealer (the made the time, thank you Hendrick Dodge!). I was told I would need to make an appointment (2 weeks out) and turned away. Disappointed in my first service visit to a Mercedes dealership. Hopefully the next dealership or the one in my home town is better. More
