Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte responded

The customer towed their vehicle into Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte and after it arrived we contacted the customer to let them know that we needed to perform a multipoint inspection to determine what was wrong. The customer gave Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte authorization to perform the multipoint inspection and the results came back that the vehicle had several problems due to unregularly maintaining the vehicle. The service adviser called the customer and left a message with the results from the inspection. The customer did not return the service advisors message and came into the dealership refusing to pay for the repairs needed.

i am the owner of this vehicle it is a 2001 if i did not get proper maintenance on my car it would not still run i take very good care of my car and the only issue it had before the visit as the module was broken. they broke other things while they held it including my trunk which worked before it went in and did not open properly with the key fab or interior button when returned to me. they recommended services that had already been done before this visit.
