He was knowledgeable, respectful, and hard working. I originally checked out a vehicle with him about a year prior to actually purchasing. His service was top notch, so when I was ready to buy I made sure he was who I went to! Being a young car purchaser, at a few dealerships I was not taken seriously and treated very disrespectfully. When I went into MB, the difference from other dealerships was apparent as soon as you walk in. I never once felt like they thought I couldn't buy this car, and they ultimately earned by business! Everyone there is very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to management. Very easy process, and I never once felt like I was pressured too hard to sign, which I know for many people is a concern with car buying. Everyone there truly just wants to do the best they can do! I did go with my own financing versus the dealer financing, but the dealer rates were about on point with what other lenders were offering, and I would have gladly accepted their terms as a back up! Negative Experience with Frank Brucia On 7/21/17 in the late afternoon I called service to see about bringing my car in and the service person was completely booked up, but made an appoint On 7/21/17 in the late afternoon I called service to see about bringing my car in and the service person was completely booked up, but made an appointment for me at on 7/24 at 1:30 pm. Frank Brucia my assigned service representative met me on 7/24 at 1:30 pm & told me the car would not be ready until around 4 PM. I asked about any courtesy vehicles being available and Franks reply was I should have called him on Friday. It was as though Frank was punishing me for not following this so called protocol which seemed quite important to him. He did offer me a shuttle somewhere, but I actually had some business to take care of and could do this very efficiently on my cell phone in the lobby. At around 3:30 PM I went over to Frank and told him I might as all wait to 4 pm. Frank then said the car would not be ready until tomorrow and then I organized a shuttle about 6 miles away. About 5 minutes after I was dropped off Frank called me and said my car has been checked and that the lower left charge hose was cracked and it was not covered under my warranty. He told me the price would be $600 and their could be others issues and charges which at that point I declined and told him I would be in the next morning to pick up my car. The whole timing issue of Frank saying the car would first be ready around 4 pm to it won't be ready until tomorrow to having him contact me around 4:15 pm right after I was dropped off 6 miles away with the car being looked at raises some questions about how Frank being straight forward with me with and having no regard about me being inconvenienced. On 7/25 at 7 am I walked into the dealership, met with Frank who seemed more concerned about getting me my keys so I could drive away rather than wanting to take the time to explain to problem. He did not want to give me any paperwork and claimed the technicians do not always provide this. It was not until I pressed him for some documentation that he printed out a thorough explanation in a very short period of time. The price for this repair showed $559.79 (271% more than where I went to get my car repaired for $206.50). I also had previously brought my car in which needed an auxiliary battery which Frank quoted at $554 which was done elsewhere for $98. Franks explanation is that is what we charge. Fortunately, I brought my car over for this current problem to Hendrix Mercedes on E. Independence Blvd. The service representative their was very polite, respectful and quoted me $206.50 for the same exact repair. I waited for about 2 hours with the problem remedied and was on my way. I feel very good about my experience at Hendrix. Since I have a CPO warranty and your dealership is the closest to where I live Felix Sabates Mercedes seemed like the logical location to bring my car to. I however wish to have a another service technician assigned. I do not want to deal with Frank anymore, as it feels like I am dealing with a union person that has an attitude of "my way or the highway." Great quality and customer service I leased a new c300 less than four months ago and the car has been great. A tire started leaking air and they replaced it for free with no out of poc I leased a new c300 less than four months ago and the car has been great. A tire started leaking air and they replaced it for free with no out of pocket cost and even vacuumed the car and detailed it when I got it back. Tom Marcham, the general manager, even personally intervened and took the time to see that everything worked out well and I was satisfied. More

Tom Marcham went out of his way to be helpful to restore her beauty and good looks! She turns heads now, and looks awesome. She also runs fast (not as fast as real lightning) but so smooth and strong for a "little car." Being a three cylinder, she is a champion auto and as particular as I am, she has never been touched by any other hands except those of Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte or one of their recommended specialists. Also worth knowing is Ron, an employee in the service department, a virtuous individual who represents that company with real integrity. I am thankful to know and deal with GOOD people. ZERO responsibility for selling a lemon Purchased a used BMW for our son-was in shop 3 times within first two weeks-left dealership without all tire caps and a loose brake light. Then electrical malfunction that left son stranded on interstate. Asked them to take their car back and they refused-said that was not company policy. General manager is only concerned about the $$ ZERO concern about customer happiness or safety. Took car to BMW dealership and they said these issues could have been caught prior to sale. More
