From the first interaction, Gary made selecting a car and the purchase process simple and pressure free. His professionalism is superb and personal interaction makes be feel like a part of the South Charlotte family. Every time I step in the dealership, Gary greets me by name. He's amazing! Frank is awesome as well. The personal attention, quick service and professional but personal interaction is impressionable. There is no doubt where I will go for my next purchase. More

Pre-Paid Service is not all included I had the worst experience with this dealership, I'm leasing a B-class all electric MBZ and I purchased a pre-paid maintenance for it. During inspecti I had the worst experience with this dealership, I'm leasing a B-class all electric MBZ and I purchased a pre-paid maintenance for it. During inspection before returning the leased car last week, I was told that it had excess wear and tear on front tire (only driven 23k miles) and asked to pay $430 because the tire were not rotated during the lease time. I went back to MBZ South Charlotte that performed my service and I spoke with the service Manager who told me tire rotation is not included in 10, 20, 30k service and they have not rotated them when I brought in the car. That is inconsistent with the guideline published by MBZ online (just google that). I thought I purchased a peace of mind with the pre-paid service and I learned that I can't trust them, so do not forget to tell their "specialist" that please rotate the tires during service if applicable. In contrast I dropped my wife's car at the Mazda dealership next door and when I told them not to forget to rotate the tire the technician confirmed it's a standard practice. SO YOU ARE NOT GETTING YOUR LUXURY EXPERIENCE WITH SO CALLED LUXURY CAR. I'm sad because B-Class is my second MBZ car after owning a C-class for over a decade, I always loved the brand, SO SAD HOW IT'S CHANGING AND TREATS ITS LOYAL CUSTOMERS. More
