Fatemeh Kazemi, Financial Manager, had me wire payment for my new vehicle and refused to release it to me! After a delay of almost two weeks, the vehicle was finally released. The delay will cost me an ex for my new vehicle and refused to release it to me! After a delay of almost two weeks, the vehicle was finally released. The delay will cost me an extra $700 in penalties. It's a shame I can't recommend them because there are some excellent people working at the dealership such as my salesperson, Ryad Darweesh. They take a very super long time to service me even when I have an appointment. Other than that some of there policies should accommodate the extended warranty!! We were impressed by the extensive selection of vehicles at your showroom and the attentive and friendly staff. We had the pleasure of working with Ashley and Lisa, who were both knowledgeable about all the features of the car and took the time to explain every detail to us. They even contacted us a couple of days later to follow up and answer any questions regarding the operation of the vehicle and our level of satisfaction with the purchasing process. We have done business with other high-end dealerships for several years and have never experienced this complete satisfaction.
