Timely support, ease of loan car, all complete, clean and ready when I arrived to collect. Total time for me in the dealership was no more than 15 minutes total (drop-off and collect) and I think I was helpe ready when I arrived to collect. When arriving at the dealership for service, I waited approximately 30 minutes for ANY service advisor to acknowledge my presence. After being seen, I told them I would like to have the car serviced and approximately 30 minutes for ANY service advisor to acknowledge my presence. After being seen, I told them I would like to have the car serviced and fix a noise in the steering column. I did not hear from anyone about the status of the car, etc. for 2 days. I called in and left a message requesting a call back. I received one call 3 days later saying the car was ready. When I ultimately arrived to pick it up, up to that point I still had no service advisor call me directly or text either, for that matter, saying, hey, this is what we found, etc. So at the pickup window, I asked if someone could explain the services which had been done. They did the steering column but NOT the service. I had to leave the dealership AGAIN without my car for another day. I was on the fence about getting another Mercedes after my lease is soon to be up with this car. I got my answer. More

I am thinking this is an unusual experience as my previous ones had been excellent. My car wasn’t even seen in the first day after dropping it off (at 7AM), and I never was notified until I called at previous ones had been excellent. My car wasn’t even seen in the first day after dropping it off (at 7AM), and I never was notified until I called at 5PM. When picking up my car, they pulled it in an area I could not see, and didn’t bother to look for the owner, so I waited a long time not knowing it was ready! When leaving I was carrying three large boxes. I walked past multiple employees and was a little surprised that no one even offered to open my car door or trunk since my hands were full. I was not charged which was an appreciated courtesy. As usual, the staff was professional and friendly. More
