When arriving at the dealership for service, I waited approximately 30 minutes for ANY service advisor to acknowledge my presence. After being seen, I told them I would like to have the car serviced and approximately 30 minutes for ANY service advisor to acknowledge my presence. After being seen, I told them I would like to have the car serviced and fix a noise in the steering column. I did not hear from anyone about the status of the car, etc. for 2 days. I called in and left a message requesting a call back. I received one call 3 days later saying the car was ready. When I ultimately arrived to pick it up, up to that point I still had no service advisor call me directly or text either, for that matter, saying, hey, this is what we found, etc. So at the pickup window, I asked if someone could explain the services which had been done. They did the steering column but NOT the service. I had to leave the dealership AGAIN without my car for another day. I was on the fence about getting another Mercedes after my lease is soon to be up with this car. I got my answer. More
