I purchased a 2022 GLE 350 on April 6th 2022. The salesman (Sam) was really great and very easy to communicate with while we were waiting for a vehicle to arrive. However, I started to have a bad experience at the last purchase step while I was with the finance officer. He tried to negotiate warranty options, and they made me go through more than 2 finance officers when I showed no interest in buying warranty options. Their attitude changed completely. It almost felt like they were trying to waste my time by making me run around. This experience really made me very unpleasant. I almost questioned myself if I really needed to buy the car while having this horrible treatment. It is definitely worth it to look into the finance department's customer service. More

Did not found the root cause of the rear fog light on the right side not working. Also the knocking sound of the car during stopping still can hear it the technician was saying that is normal for that model. right side not working.
