Service Rep, Brad, was terrific as were interactions with "appointments" and "car loaner" staff. My only disappointment was a post-service test drive was not done by technicians which necessitated an immedia "appointments" and "car loaner" staff. My only disappointment was a post-service test drive was not done by technicians which necessitated an immediate return to the dealership to address the issue. Unfortunately, due to staffing (?), the new issue will result in me being without my vehicle for an additional week. More

I came in not even wanting a Mercedes, fearing that the process was going to be uncomfortable and the sales people would be pushy but I couldn't have been more wrong. His overall knowledge and personality helped me to feel at ease and trust that he really had my best interest at heart. Not only was my experience with Hayes amazing, but my experience with Kelly (my finance person) was the best experience I have EVER had with anyone from finance! She was the perfect person to seal the deal and they make an amazing team! 20/10 recommend!!!! More
